Great location, close to downtown, the airport, and lots of restaurants 🍽️. The staff were polite and helpful, and the pool area was really nice.

The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful, excellent service. Our room was well-appointed and pet-friendly, offered with patio and a balcony or patio, for example. Cereal, fruit and eggs served for breakfast were good.

The setting was miserable.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Central Community Church. We loved very comfy beds.

Well-sized room with a fully functional bathtub 🛁.

Attentive and efficient staff, they know their business. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is in the central location on the lake. Also it is near to Niagara and the falls and great restaurants and shopping.

The bathrooms are very small.

Comfortable beds, good shower/water pressure, relatively quiet. We competed at the Henley..location was good.

Would have loved a to go coffee shop in the lobby.

I had a very good stay at the Best Western St Catharines Hotel & Conference Centre. The staff were friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds, my bed was comfortable. It was convenient to have a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator in the room. The location was comfortable and perfect in a quiet area, not far from Toronto or Niagara Falls. It was also nice to dine at Joe Feta's Greek Village, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Location and pool

Rooms were not up to par for the money they charged...

That they found me a room,when I had made a booking earlier,which they could not find,though I had a confirmation no and pin no., And had booked two rooms,,,see below.. And they gave me a good rate

The room smelled of smoke, and there was no cream with the soap and shampoo

The newly renovated rooms here have two queen beds, a makeup mirror outside the bathroom, and the staff is incredibly attentive and caring.

Facilities were very clean and modern. Room had large-screen tv and new mini-fridge, with working temp control. Staff was friendly and lobby has a computer that can be used for printing boarding passes. I extended my stay a day because of the quality.

Convenient Location

This place is in a very central spot, close to restaurants, the falls, Niagara on the Lake, and pharmacies. Plus, the Fairview Mall is just a quick 1 km away - super easy to get to for some shopping! 🛍️

Great location, right off qew, yet felt isolated and quite, nice outdoor pool and mini golf rec area. Close to port dalhousie and the beach
